Shipping Policy

  • Sweet Life Vintage ships to all 50 States and to most countries around the world!

  • Orders are processed within 3-5 business days and transit delivery times vary by your location.

  • Once your order has been shipped and is scanned by USPS, Sweet Life Vintage is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, mis-delivered, or damaged packages. It is the Buyer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address when making a purchase. We will not ship to an alternate address after your order has been placed. 

  • If you believe your parcel has been stolen or mis-delivered, please contact your local post office. Also ask your neighbors, sometimes packages get dropped off on the wrong porch or mailbox. If you see your mailman, let them know your tracking information and that you suspect a theft or misdelivery. 

  • Sweet Life Vintage is not responsible for incurred VAT or Import Taxes for overseas deliveries. If a parcel shipped to you is returned due to non-payment of Import Tax and VAT, we can either ship the parcel back to you (additional shipping fees will apply) or payment will be given back as Store Credit minus the shipping fees.

  • Orders are shipped through the United States Postal Service and tracking information is provided when your order has been fulfilled. You can track your package by going to and entering the tracking number provided.

Returns and Refunds

  • Please shop carefully as all VINTAGE item sales are considered Final.

  • Purchases made with a Promotional Code or purchased during a Sale/Promotion period are considered Final Sale. 

  • Within 48 Hours of receipt of delivery of your order, e-mail us at to request an exchange/return of an item for store credit with SUBJECT line "Exchange/Return"

  • In your request email please include:

    1. Your Name (that you placed the order with)

    2. Order Number

    3. ​If this is an Exchange or a Request for Return for Store Credit. 
    4. If an Exchange, What would you like to Exchange for. If Return, include reason for Exchange/Return.
  • If your request for exchange/refund for store credit was sent within 48 hours of receipt of delivery of your goods, we will notify you that you have been approved for an exchange/return. Once we receive your items and do a final inspection and deem the item in the same condition as it was sent to you, your store credit will be processed within 48 hours of inspection and you will be notified via email.

  • We charge a 10% restocking fee for any purchase returned for an exchange or store credit if contacted within 48 hours and postmarked within 5 business days of return agreement.

    • Items postmarked after 5 business days of agreement will be charged a 25% restocking fee.

  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, missing, or misdelivered parcels. Please get tracking for your return shipments to our office as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returns
